Day 1

  • 06:00 AM – Depart from Kandy
  • 09:00 AM – Arrive at Pollebedda / Village breakfast and welcome
  • 10:00 AM – Begin trek to Nuwaragala via jungle trails
  • 02:00 PM – Packed lunch en route
  • 06:00 PM – Arrive at mountain-top cave campsite
  • 07:00 PM – Dinner under the stars, storytelling, and campfire session
  • 09:00 PM – Lights out in the cave


Day 2

  • 06:00 AM – Wake up to sunrise over the Eastern Province
  • 06:45 AM – Light breakfast with mountain views
  • 08:00 AM – Descend through the forest to Pollebedda
  • 01:00 PM – River swim and traditional lunch with locals
  • 02:30 PM – Depart for Kandy
  • 06:00 PM – Arrive back in Kandy (Colombo transfers to bus terminal available)
