Each Signature Expedition has maximum of 12 guests, who will be accompanied by our expedition management team.

All we expect is a basic understanding of adventure type and a moderate level of fitness. We are also requesting to be an open minded explorer and know to deal with different situations such as weather conditions or enecpected situations apearing during the journey.

Our adventures cover a wide range of activities, hence multiple climates. For each adventure, our team will advise you on the weather and the type of gears to be carried. We recommend reading the advisory and abiding by it.

It depends on the age of the child and the choice of adventure. Children above the age of 12 will be considered as adults. The charges may vary depending upon the age of child and hotel policy. It’s best to notify us at the time of booking. If you feel that they can enjoy the adventures, they are most welcome. We do not accept infants in our adventures.

Venturing into remote areas, calls for letting go of the luxury comforts. Nevertheless, based on the climate, we carefully curate a selection of hotels, lodges and wooden cabins to ensure after long days of adventures,

Our charges for accommodation rooms are based on twin share accommodation. We, at TAC, NEVER TEAM-UP STRANGERS TOGETHER, unless you ask for it. If you can’t find a travel buddy, then you will be considered as a solo traveler. Single rooms are available on request for extra charge.

Breakfast is typically served buffet-style at hotels, while lunch is often taken on the road, either with a packed meal or in a suitable location. Dinner features local cuisine and other choices. Prior to the adventure, we gather dietary requirements to accommodate them during the trip.

TAC's adventures typically are taking place in remote areas can take from a min of 2 hours to a max of 8 hours with the possibility of longer durations in inclement weather conditions. On leisure days, distances are shorter.

We are encourage teaming up for adeventures, especially for one or two days adventures. If there is another solo traveler like you, who also wishes to partner with a stranger, then we will introduce you both to get familiar with each other before teaming you up. In this case, you both will only share the adventure, but we respect your privacy, and we will organize individual rooms for you both and a single supplement fee is applicable.

And during the adventures, we would have some days which are left free where you can indulge in experiences of your own choice – eat, shop, buy local souvenirs, and indulge in activities that are not mentioned in our itinerary. All these would be additional. Before each expedition, we will inform you about what all you can do during the trip, so that you can be prepared for it in advance.
