Sa’al Cave Training – Abseiling & Ascending

This three-hour training takes place inside Sa’al Cave, located in the Hajar Mountains, where dramatic limestone formations create the perfect environment to practice controlled descents and ascents. Participants will gain hands-on experience in rope handling, abseiling, ascending, and movement in a real cave setting. The training focuses on building confidence, ensuring safety, and equipping participants with the skills needed for more advanced caving and outdoor expeditions.
