10:30 Travel to Kosgolla Estate by an off-road vehicle
11:00 Start Na Ella hike(8Km)
13:00 Lunch
15:00 Reached Na Ella infinity pool (Waterfall sliding, Confidence jump, Camping
Infront the infinity pool)
19:00 Dinner
21:00 light off

Day 2
Time Activities
07:00 Breakfast
08:00 Hike back to Kosgolla Estate
13:00 Reach kalugala village and lunch
14:00 Return to Kandy
16:00 Arrival to Kandy

What to bring:
Light outdoor trousers: 2 pairs
Light outdoor shirts (long sleeves): 2
Swimwear or clothes for wash in
Personal toiletries and towel
Recommended: Hat
Sunglasses
Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers
Mandatory: Insect/Mosquito repellent
Mandatory: Head torch
We'll provide a sleeping bag
Optional: Hiking pole
Optional: Sunblock
Any necessary medication
Snacks: Consider chocolates for instant energy.
3 litters of water bottles/ camelback. Consider bringing packs of Jeewani and Glucose

Recommended Attire:
• Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers are advised. Please ensure shoes
are adequately broken in beforehand to prevent shoe cuts.
• Headwear: A cap or hat is recommended for sun protection.
• Clothing: Light-coloured attire and sunglasses are suggested for sun exposure.
• Optional Equipment: Consider a hiking pole for added support.

Additional Notes:
• Preparing footwear in advance to prevent shoe cuts is highly recommended.
• In humid conditions, underwear cuts are common. Consider wearing cycle shorts/tights for
increased comfort due to anticipated perspiration during the journey
