Instructors / Guides / Kayakers – a team of Ex Air Force Special Forces personnel will accompany
us. The team will consist of a physio/combat medic and survival specials. So, you are in good
hands.

What to bring:
Light outdoor trousers
Light outdoor shirts (long sleeves)
Swimwear or clothes for wash in
Personal toiletries and towel
Recommended: Hat
Sunglasses
Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers
Mandatory: Insect/Mosquito repellent
Mandatory: Head torch
We'll provide a sleeping bag
Any necessary medication
Snacks: Consider chocolates for instant energy.
3 litters of water bottles/ camelback. Consider bringing packs of Jeewani and Glucose

Recommended Attire:
• Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers are advised. Please ensure shoes
are adequately broken in beforehand to prevent shoe cuts.
• Headwear: A cap or hat is recommended for sun protection.
• Clothing: Light-colored attire and sunglasses are suggested for sun exposure.

Additional Notes:
• Preparing footwear in advance to prevent shoe cuts is highly recommended.
• In humid conditions, underwear cuts are common. Consider wearing cycle shorts/tights for
increased comfort due to anticipated perspiration during the journey.
