10:00 Start from The Border Adventures office in Kandy
14:00 Arrival to Meemure (Lakegala view Home Stay)
16:00 Guests have the opportunity to participate in river swimming and village jungle trekking activities during their stay.

Departure to Kandy from Meemure
* Guest from Colombo we will be dropped off at Kandy to Colombo bus.
What to bring,
- Light outdoor trousers: 2 pairs
- Light outdoor shirts (long sleeves): 2
- Swimwear or clothes for wash in
- Personal toiletries and towel
- Recommended: Hat
- Sunglasses
- Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers
- Mandatory: Insect/Mosquito repellent
- Mandatory: Head torch
- We'll provide a sleeping bag
- Optional: Hiking pole

- Any necessary medication
- Snacks: Consider chocolates for instant energy.
- 3 litters of water bottles/ camelback. Consider bringing packs of Jeewani and Glucose
Recommended Attire:
• Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers are advised. Please ensure shoes
are adequately broken in beforehand to prevent shoe cuts.
• Headwear: A cap or hat is recommended for sun protection.
• Clothing: Light-colored attire and sunglasses are suggested for sun exposure.
• Optional Equipment: Consider a hiking pole for added support.
Additional Notes:
• Preparing footwear in advance to prevent shoe cuts is highly recommended.
• In humid conditions, underwear cuts are common. Consider wearing cycle shorts/tights for
increased comfort due to anticipated perspiration during the journey."
